Our services include:

  • Organization of Umrah packages.
  • Booking of flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Assistance before, during, and after the trip.
2. Booking Requirements

To make a booking, it is necessary to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide complete and correct personal data.
  • Be authorized to book on behalf of third parties.
3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after:

  • Payment of the deposit.
  • Submission of all required documents.
    Note: Without these elements, no service is guaranteed.
4. Payments
  • Minimum Deposit: €300 per person (non-refundable).
  • Balance: Must be paid no later than 40 days before departure.
  • Failure to Pay: If the balance is not paid on time, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
5. Prices and Availability
  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • Seats and rooms are limited.
  • The agency reserves the right to modify the program for operational needs.
6. Cancellations and Penalties
  • The initial deposit is always non-refundable.
  • After tickets are issued, penalties may apply up to 100% of the cost.
  • Hotels and local services may be non-refundable.
    ⚠️ Important: Conditions depend on third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
7. Trip Modifications

The agency may modify flights, schedules, or hotels (with equivalent structures) in the event of operational necessity or external causes.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Possessing a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
  • Ensuring all provided documents are correct.
  • Compliance with the regulations of Saudi Arabia.
    👉 No refund will be issued in case of:
  • Incorrect documentation.
  • Refusal of boarding.
  • Customs or immigration issues.
9. Liability of the Agency

Usman Travels S.R.L. acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for issues caused by third parties, including:

  • Cancellations or flight delays (e.g., Wizz Air, Saudia Airlines).
  • Operational changes.
  • Force majeure (strikes, political conditions, etc.).
10. Baggage and Airline Services

Baggage rules depend on the specific airline, and extra services are subject to additional fees.

11. Use of the Website

The following are prohibited:

  • Fraudulent use of the site.
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Copying of website content.
