Refund and Cancellation Policy

Usman Travels S.R.L. organizes Umrah packages through third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, and visa services). By making a booking, the customer fully accepts the following conditions.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

All requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • More than 30 days before departure: 30% penalty of the total amount (deposit included and non-refundable).
  • 29 to 15 days before departure: 60% penalty of the total amount.
  • 14 days until departure / No Show: 100% penalty (no refund).
2. Non-Refundable Services

Regardless of the date, the following are always non-refundable:

  • Airfare/Tickets (e.g., Wizz Air, Saudia Airlines).
  • Visa processing and consular fees.
  • Confirmed hotel reservations.
  • Services purchased through third-party providers.
3. Ticket Issuance

Once flights have been issued:

  • The booking becomes fully non-refundable.
  • Any modifications are subject to penalties up to 100%.
4. Modifications and Changes

Requests for changes (dates, names, services) are:

  • Subject to availability.
  • Subject to penalties.
  • Subject to fare differences.
    👉 All costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    👉 Errors in provided data: Any modification costs resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer are to be paid by the customer.
5. Operational Changes and Cancellations

In the event of flight cancellations, schedule changes, operational issues, government restrictions, or force majeure (war, crisis, strikes, etc.), Usman Travels S.R.L. may:

  • Propose alternative solutions.
  • Modify the trip.
    👉 Note: Refunds depend exclusively on the providers. Any price differences for alternative solutions are the responsibility of the customer. A total refund is not guaranteed.
6. Visas and Documents

In case of visa refusal, errors in documents, or invalid documentation:

  • No refund is guaranteed.
  • Any potential refunds depend entirely on the providers.
7. Refunds
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15–30 working days.
  • The amount depends on what is returned by the providers.
  • The agency does not advance funds not yet received from providers.
8. No Show
  • Failure to show up results in a 100% penalty.
  • No refund will be issued.
9. Acceptance

By paying the deposit, the customer fully accepts this policy.
