Usman Travels S.R.L.<\/strong> organizes Umrah packages through third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, and visa services). By making a booking, the customer fully accepts the following conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong> <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

All requests must be submitted in writing via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • More than 30 days before departure:<\/strong> 30% penalty of the total amount (deposit included and non-refundable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 29 to 15 days before departure:<\/strong> 60% penalty of the total amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 14 days until departure \/ No Show:<\/strong> 100% penalty (no refund).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    2. Non-Refundable Services<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Regardless of the date, the following are always non-refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Airfare\/Tickets (e.g., Wizz Air, Saudia Airlines).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Visa processing and consular fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Confirmed hotel reservations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Services purchased through third-party providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      3. Ticket Issuance<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

      Once flights have been issued:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The booking becomes fully non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any modifications are subject to penalties up to 100%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        4. Modifications and Changes<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        Requests for changes (dates, names, services) are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Subject to penalties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Subject to fare differences.

          \ud83d\udc49 Errors in provided data:<\/strong> Any modification costs resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer are to be paid by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          5. Operational Changes and Cancellations<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

          In the event of flight cancellations, schedule changes, operational issues, government restrictions, or force majeure<\/strong> (war, crisis, strikes, etc.), Usman Travels S.R.L.<\/strong> may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Propose alternative solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Modify the trip.
            \ud83d\udc49 Note:<\/strong> Refunds depend exclusively on the providers. Any price differences for alternative solutions are the responsibility of the customer. A total refund is not guaranteed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            6. Visas and Documents<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

            In case of visa refusal, errors in documents, or invalid documentation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • No refund is guaranteed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Any potential refunds depend entirely on the providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              7. Refunds<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

              • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 15\u201330 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The amount depends on what is returned by the providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The agency does not advance funds not yet received from providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                8. No Show<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

                • Failure to show up results in a 100% penalty<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
